The Port Authority has put forward plans for a major transformation of Terminal B at Newark Liberty International Airport. The project would see the aging, 1970s-era Terminal B replaced with a modern, world-class facility as part of Newark’s long-term redevelopment strategy.
This initiative builds on the success of the recently completed new Terminal A, which opened in 2023. It is part of the Port Authority’s broader EWR Vision Plan to reimagine the airport with improved terminals, better airfield and roadway infrastructure, and upgraded passenger experience throughout the campus.
