Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy announced Friday that federal funding for ‘doomed’ offshore wind projects including three in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut has been withdrawn, the projects include the $20.5 million Paulsboro Wind Port.
In Paulsboro parts for the project including 400 foot steel pipes that would have been used as foundations were already sold as scrap metal.
